I am a multidisciplinary artist working at the intersection of photography, painting, found-object sculpture, writing, and ceramics from my home studio in Marlboro, Vermont. Decades into my practice, I move between these mediums with an inventive hand, what I refer to as "soft rebellion".

My work is grounded in Buddhist philosophy and a deep topophilia, a love of place that borders on devotion. Across bodies of work, I return again and again to intimate ecology and embodied spirituality, asking what it means to be part of a landscape, and the equal presence of the unseen.

From 2020 to 2025, that inquiry took a literal form: I foraged plants and soil from the land to hand-make earth pigments, turning ecological process itself into a kind of storytelling, poetic, patient, and inseparable from the ground it came from. In 2026, the work shifted register with Electric Menagerie, a series of vibrant acrylic paintings on unfinished wood panels depicting the fauna of the local land, raw material giving way to raw color. Underneath both is the same invitation back into the body, back into the land, and toward what usually goes unseen.
